Early-access and founding-member terms

ThaiSmiley has not publicly launched. Early-access features may be incomplete, changed, interrupted, or removed while we prepare the service. Creating an account does not guarantee a particular launch date, feature, match, or outcome. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and profile information.

• Be one of the first 1000 valid members to qualify in server-recorded order.
• Use an active account with a verified primary email address.
• Complete all required early-access profile steps. Optional fields, including a photo, do not affect eligibility.
• Use no more than one reward per person or account. Admin, tester, and demo accounts do not qualify.

The public counter is informational and may refresh after a short delay. Only ThaiSmiley’s successful, server-recorded qualification and the spot number shown in your private profile confirm a reward. We may correct duplicate, automated, abusive, erroneous, or fraudulent claims.

A qualifying reward begins when ThaiSmiley publicly launches and runs for two calendar months from the campaign launch time. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and requires the account to remain active and in good standing. The reward itself does not charge or automatically renew into a paid subscription. Any separate paid plan remains governed by its checkout terms.

Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful or non-consensual material, misuse another member’s data, evade safety controls, or interfere with the service. ThaiSmiley may restrict or remove access and promotion eligibility when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, or legal compliance.
